Senior Sales Development Representative

Digital DirAction is looking for an experienced senior Sales Development Representative to join our Direct Sales Department for our North American Chapter. This is a onsite position based in our Lahore, Pakistan office. The ideal candidate will have a strong American accent and a proven track record of selling software services to North American clients.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1- Email Outreach: Develop and execute email campaigns to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.

2- Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients using ZoomInfo as the contact management and engagement tool.

3- CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot CRM for managing and tracking sales activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on all interactions.

4- LinkedIn Outreach: Conduct LinkedIn reach-outs through InMail to connect with potential clients and generate leads.

5- Sales Focus: Primarily sell services related to Full Stack Development, AI/ML, Blockchain, and Digital Marketing.

6- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads through thorough research and understanding of client needs.

 

Qualifications:

 

1- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a software house, specifically in selling services to North American clients.

2- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong American accent.

3- Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using ZoomInfo for contact management and engagement, and HubSpot as a CRM.
