Senior Ror Engineer

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior ROR Engineer at Viral Square's office located in Lahore. As a Senior ROR Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Ruby on Rails applications. Your daily tasks will include designing and implementing new features, debugging and resolving issues, writing clean and efficient code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like RSpec
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus
