Key responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities with clients of choice.
• Directly oversee the sale and delivery of retained search project, RPO’s and project based recruitment assignments.
• Manage key projects, particularly retained searches from end to end.
• Identify opportunities to cross sell service in Assessment and Development to existing and new Recruitment clients
