Location: Lahore
Qualification: Masters in Education or above
Salary: Negotiable
Experience: Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in the education field.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Analyze, evaluate, monitor, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for higher management and stakeholders.
• Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
• Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the cluster/project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. 
• Effectively communicate project expectations to cluster staff and team members in a timely and clear manner.
