As a Senior Power Apps Developer at Veroke, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform. Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients to understand their business requirements, customize solutions, and drive successful outcomes. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem and a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and requirements in collaboration with clients to identify opportunities for automation and optimization using Power Apps.
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions leveraging Power Apps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and user training.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to iterate on solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of the Power Platform ecosystem, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, consulting, or a related field, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps.
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflow automation, and application integration concepts.
- Proficiency in developing custom connectors, plugins, and extensions for the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services, such as Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or related technologies are highly desirable.
