Senior Plant Manager Operations

Description:

Agile HR Consulting is seeking a Senior Plant Manager Operations for its engineering products manufacturing client. This role involves overseeing the operations of multiple plant locations, including Faisalabad, Multan, and Peshawar, ensuring production processes meet budget, quality, and efficiency targets. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with government bodies for regulatory compliance, and drive innovation in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize production processes across multiple plant locations.
• Oversee plant operations in Faisalabad, Multan, and Peshawar, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Collaborate with WAPDA officials and government bodies for tenders, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Strategize and implement operational expansion, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards, promoting workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• At least 8 years of experience in operational management, ideally in manufacturing (experience in the automobile or engineering industries is preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior managerial role overseeing multiple production sites or large-scale projects.
• Willingness to travel among the plant locations as required.
