Senior Php Developer

As a Senior PHP Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our cutting-edge e-commerce platforms. Leveraging your expertise in PHP and related technologies, you will contribute to creating innovative solutions that drive business growth and enhance the overall customer experience. Job Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate proficiency in both front-end and back-end development within the e-commerce ecosystem, utilizing PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.

- Write and review queries and stored procedures in our relational MYSQL database.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.

- Customize and integrate third-party modules, APIs, and extensions to extend the functionality of e-commerce platforms and optimize business processes.

- Participate in the design process, programming, and testing of new features.

- Be able to develop independently in front-end and back-end environments within the LAMP stack.

- Actively participate in team meetings including daily standups, effort meetings, and sprint-end meetings.

- Work effectively independently and as part of our team.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the team.

- Perform code reviews for other programmers.

Requirements/Qualification:

- Competent in the following areas, and excelling at several: PHP, OOP, SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and CSS, debugging issues in code, and Git.

- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.

- Minimum experience of 5 years in the related field.

- Possess strong analytical and problem solving in decision-making.

- Driven to achieve results, both personally and as part of a team and is accountable to commitments.

- Working knowledge of front-end design and usability standards a plus.

- Experience with Git/Gitlab a plus.

- Effective interpersonal skills for frequent interaction with team members and management.
