Job Summary: The Senior Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies across various digital channels. This role requires a data-driven individual with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of driving significant growth through performance marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Manage budget allocation and ensure efficient spending to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital channels.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of key performance metrics and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and propose new ideas.
