Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation of financial products, with a focus on structured products.
- Analyze the usage patterns of platform users, identify their needs for financial products, develop operational strategies tailored to different user lifecycle characteristics, and execute them effectively.
- Monitor financial product and user-related data, analyze key performance indicators, and proactively enhance product strategies, operational methods, and key performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry and competitor trends, conduct industry research and competitor analysis, and propose product optimization solutions.
- Drive product innovation by gaining deep insights into user requirements, continuously refining the product experience, and engaging in operational tasks.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with the product, development, growth, and marketing teams.
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with financial products and related operations in exchanges, with at least 2 years of experience in both the blockchain and financial industries.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and overseeing the operations of financial products.
- Capable of independently managing product/user operations and executing various operational plans.
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with excellent cross-team communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in English as a working language.
- (Preferred) Knowledge and experience in structured products, including their features, pricing models, and market dynamics.
