Description:
We are seeking a talented Senior Operations Executive at The Hijab Company, Pakistan. The candidate will oversee the daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across the supply chain. This role is crucial in driving the company's mission to become a global modest fashion brand from Pakistan. The Operations Manager will collaborate with various teams to optimize processes, manage resources, and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals.
Responsibilities
· Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure efficient and smooth supply chain operations.
· Responsible for selecting, evaluating, and managing third-party logistics partner (3PLs) to ensure their service quality meets company standards, including contract negotiation and execution of service level agreements.
- Manage and optimize last-mile logistics delivery to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
- Supervise and coordinate B2B and B2C operational activities, including order processing, inventory management, and distribution.
- Analyze operational data, identify issues and opportunities, and propose improvement recommendations and solutions.
- Ensure efficient management of logistics warehouse and distribution operations, including facility management, personnel management, and operational cost control.
- Develop and execute logistics planning strategies to support the company's long-term development goals.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth alignment of logistics activities with other departments/stakeholders.
- Lead and develop team members to enhance team performance and professional capabilities.

- Proven experience in e-commerce particularly with inventory management, fulfilment partners, and managing supply chain points to meet stakeholder expectations and SLAs.
- Ability to assess and interpret data, making data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency.

- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and follow through on projects and tasks.

Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics operations management, with experience in B2B and B2C operations management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritizing, and successfully managing multiple deadlines simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in managing local logistics warehouse and distribution operations in Pakistan.
- Experience in logistics cost analysis and management to effectively control and optimize costs.
- Experience in coordinating cross-border logistics and international trade
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively manage complex relationships and processes within the supply chain.
- Strategic thinking and execution capabilities to develop and implement logistics planning and optimization solutions.
- Strong team leadership and team-building skills to motivate team members to achieve common goals.
- Experience in logistics within the retail industry is preferred.
