• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
• Experience in developing plugins, workflows, and web resources using C# and JavaScript
• Experience with Agile and Kanban software development methodologies
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (such as MB-901, MB-200, MB-210, MB-220) preferred
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure preferred
• Knowledge of micro services architecture and containerization preferred
   

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
