Description:

Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience dealing with International accounts.

Education:

• Bachelor’s in Textile, Fashion or a relevant degree

• Lead product development, costing, and price negotiations.
• Monitor the sampling approval process to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.
• Handle lab dips, bulk fabric colour, and quality submissions.
• Track T&A (Time & Action/Work In Progress) regularly and ensure timely reporting on delivery status.
• Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, and timelines.
• Maximize customer interest while maintaining margin levels.
• Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure factories schedule inspections and book shipping spaces on time.
• Report regularly to the head of the department.
• Manage ad-hoc projects, including vendor compliance and documentation.
