🚨 Urgent Hiring! We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MEP Estimator to join our team at EHM IT Services. This role requires expertise in cost estimation and budgeting for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) infrastructure projects, covering new and existing construction in the USA, Canada, and Australia.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Project Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP systems in construction and design projects.
✅ Collaboration with Management: Work closely with the estimation team and management to develop cost strategies.
✅ MEP Infrastructure Analysis: Evaluate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components for different projects.
✅ International Market Projects: Handle estimations specifically for projects in the USA, Canada, and Australia.
✅ Cost Control & Accuracy: Ensure budget compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in cost estimations.
✅ Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all estimations, budgets, and cost analyses.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills Required:

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or DAE in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

🔹 Experience & Technical Skills:

🔸 2-3 years of proven experience in MEP cost estimation for international projects (USA, Canada, Australia).
🔸 Strong knowledge of MEP estimation tools, techniques, and software.
🔸 Ability to analyze project drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
🔸 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with teams and clients.
🔸 Familiarity with international engineering standards and regulations.
