What we are looking for:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience: 2+ years of experience
- Keeping track of all client communication and being proactive
- Ensuring all tasks are managed within the required timeline and all queries are addressed depending on defined priority
- Ensuring all account related execution and billing and revenue tracking sheets are up to date
- Leading all reporting assignments, and co-leading where joint ownership is required. Making sure work done by junior resources is thoroughly checked and taking ownership of data.
- Working on annual plans, strategy, and IMCs with the planning function.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to make sure every campaign is executed smoothly (from brief to billing).
- Assist Line Manager in business development initiatives
- Managing strategy and review assignments, developing media POVs
- Training team members on media planning fundamentals, account management, organizational processes, presentations, and storytelling.
Skills and requirements:
- Create and implement online advertising campaigns
- Day-to-day management and modification of the campaign to increase its effectiveness
- Quality control the correct implementation and optimization of performance campaigns
- Work closely with the analytics function to identify key learnings and insights
- Develop close relationships with the relevant client and other stakeholders to ensure successful performance campaign delivery
- Define and supervise best performance activation quality, ensuring consistency and accuracy vs campaign briefings
- Support and challenge the client on their performance initiatives in their media plans.
