Senior Manager Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Quantity Surveyor to join our team at ELCON ASSOCIATES. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil works and have extensive experience in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

Qualifications:

• DAE (Civil)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of project management, construction, and engineering principles
• Experience with tenders and project costing
• Experience with high-rise buildings, roads, and other industrial and public health sector projects
• Expertise in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects, including reconciliation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
