Requisite Qualification & Experience:

• MBA Marketing with minimum (10~12) years of Sales experience, preferably in paint, cement or retail Industry.

•To establish and achieve sales objectives by formulating and implementing sales plan for area/region in support of national objectives.

• To maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers,

• identifying new customer opportunities developing existing customer base in line with sales objectives.

• Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets and KPI'S.

•Evaluate market trends, gather competitive information and identify threats that can affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.

•Strong Interpersonal, Communication & presentation Skills
