Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Policy Implementation: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and workforce management.
  • Compensation & Benefits Management: Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • HR Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure adherence to all labor laws and HR compliance regulations.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention Strategies: Implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Management Systems: Develop and monitor systems to evaluate employee performance effectively.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Learning & Development Initiatives: Plan and execute training programs to upskill the workforce.
  • Succession Planning & Organizational Development: Lead efforts in identifying and nurturing future leaders within the company.

Value-Added Factor:

  • Experience in Industrial Relations (IR) will be a significant advantage.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's in HR or a related field.
