Role Description:

Act as a Business Partner to the business providing full HR support to

leadership and managers.

• Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Management and Retention of staff.

• Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices within the region.

Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations.

•Development of HR policies and procedures as needed.

Strategic decision making while utilizing the HR data.

•Lead HR projects and initiatives in the region.

• Propose & implement an HRIS platform for streamlined HR processes.

• Drive change management under supervision of GM HR & Leadership.

• Workforce planning and budgeting support to business.

• Drive Engagement across locations and ensure motivation.

• Plan and deliver training interventions with Training team.

• Grievance handling and counseling of staff across all levels.

• Drive Performance Management process across the locations.

Experience:

7-10 year, with 02 year in similar managerial role

Qualification:

MBA in HR/Psychology or equivalent
