Sugar Hospital, under the umbrella of AIMS Pakistan (a not-for-profit charity hospital), is dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare to diabetic patients. We offer free services to those in need and subsidized fees for those who can afford it.
Position: Sr. Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and day-to-day management of hospital operations, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
- Manage non-clinical functional units such as Finance, HR, IT, Marketing and Procurement.
- Provide logistical support to clinical units to ensure patients have optimal facilities to receive care.
- Lead and manage operational staff, including hiring, assigning work, regularly checking progress, ensuring departmental goals are met, reviewing performance, grooming staff, taking corrective actions, and facilitating professional development.
- Have oversight of organizational processes ensuring achieving goals and targets assigned by the CEO. This includes regular reporting to the ground Operational Team Meetings. The role also needs to be responsible for of the Team, generating minutes of weekly meetings its follow up and monthly management reports and planning.
Requirements:
- Hold a Master's degree in a related field.
- Have at least 5 years of management or relevant experience.
- Willing to work in a dynamic start-up type environment.
- Must be a self-starter who is capable of rolling up their sleeves and working independently without support staff.
- Proficient in using IT technology. Possess strong computer literacy in usage of Email, Excel, Word and other office applications.
- Understanding of finance and accounting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
