Job Opportunity: Senior Manager - HR & Talent Acquisition
A leading pharmaceutical group based in Karachi, is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Senior Manager – HR & Talent Acquisition.
Educational Background
A degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience:
8–10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical Industry.
Proven expertise in sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees to meet organizational workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Analyze workforce trends to address future requirements and develop a talent pipeline for critical roles.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.
Partner with HR, department heads, and external agencies to streamline hiring processes.
Provide hiring managers with guidance on interview techniques and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Leverage recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to enhance processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Negotiation and persuasion abilities for managing offers and onboarding.
Analytical mindset to interpret recruitment metrics and stay ahead of market trends.
Understanding of workforce challenges and talent trends specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
