Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We’re looking for a talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience in both traditional ML and modern LLM (Large Language Model) systems. If you’ve deployed real-world ML applications and love working at the frontier of AI, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Build and deploy traditional ML models (classification, regression, forecasting).

• Fine-tune LLMs (including smaller LMs) using domain-specific data.

• Develop prompt engineering strategies for optimized LLM outputs.

• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector DBs.

• Design and deploy intelligent agents and agentic workflows.

• Deploy applications to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using best MLOps practices.

• Ensure LLM observability and performance monitoring in production.

• Continuously improve model quality based on evaluations.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3+ years of hands-on ML experience (2-3 production deployments required)

✅ Strong Python skills with libraries like PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, FastAPI

✅ Solid foundation in traditional ML models and pipelines

✅ Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate)

✅ Knowledge of prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, quantization, and RLHF is a big plus

✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS, AI, or related fields

✅ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
