Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with expertise in open-source LLMs, NLP, RAG, Prompt Engineering, TensorFlow, and Flask to build cutting-edge AI solutions. You will be responsible for designing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLM-powered applications, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless API integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune open-source LLMs for various AI applications.

• Design and implement NLP and RAG-based architectures for efficient AI-driven retrieval and response generation.

• Optimize Prompt Engineering strategies to enhance model performance.

• Build and deploy scalable AI models using TensorFlow and integrate them via Flask-based APIs.

• Work with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB) for retrieval-augmented generation.

• Ensure scalability, efficiency, and security of deployed AI solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive AI-driven applications.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, focusing on LLMs, NLP, and RAG.

• Hands-on experience with open-source LLMs (LLaMA, DeepSeek, Falcon etc.).

• Strong knowledge of TensorFlow, Flask, and API development.

• Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Expertise in Prompt Engineering for optimizing AI interactions.

• Ability to design scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
