Senior Liferay Dxp Software Developer

Description:

For an international organization in Geneva, Switzerland, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Senior Liferay DXP Software Developer for the design, implementation, testing, deployment and support of Liferay modules and web applications.

Candidates need to be willing to work normal office hours in Switzerland. This positions is long-term.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop, test and deliver Liferay functionalities and modules as detailed in the Jira system;
• Participate in architecture and design work for improvements and implementation of new applications;
• Troubleshoot and remediate system problems affecting availability and functionality;
• Test applications and modules;
• Provide support for deployed applications, incident analysis and resolution;
• Efficiently collaborate with other team members and stakeholders;
• Ensure alignment with technical standards and procedures;
• Deliver complete technical and user documentation;
• Perform other related duties as required;

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;
• +10 years of IT experience
• Proven experience with the Liferay DXP CMS system, including experience with migrations, out-of-the-box features and custom modules development and integration;
• Fluent in English;
