Key Responsibilities:
📜 Lead and manage high-value legal transactions, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
📜 Provide strategic legal counsel on Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), infrastructure agreements, and public procurement matters.
📜 Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and transactional documents.
📜 Guide and mentor junior associates, ensuring delivery of top-quality legal research and analysis.
📜 Collaborate directly with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and corporate clients on critical legal issues.
📜 Stay updated on regulatory changes, advising clients and internal teams on evolving legal frameworks affecting infrastructure, procurement, and corporate law.

Qualifications:
✔ LLB from a recognized institution; LLM is a strong plus.
✔ Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate law, transactional law, infrastructure projects, public procurement, or related fields.
✔ Extensive contract negotiation and deal structuring expertise.
✔ Solid understanding of regulatory compliance in infrastructure, energy, and procurement sectors.
✔ Strong leadership abilities, with proven experience mentoring junior lawyers and managing case teams.
✔ Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔ Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and deliver results on time-sensitive transactions.
