Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Develop and execute design concepts using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using Figma and Webflow, ensuring best UI/UX practices.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create cohesive designs.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a creative and collaborative team environment.
Create engaging video content for marketing, training, and promotions using videography skills.
Deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders, communicating design strategies effectively.
Stay updated on design trends and technologies, advocating for innovation.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Proficiency in Figma and Webflow for UI/UX design with knowledge of responsive design principles.
Experience in videography, shooting, and editing, with strong motion graphics skills.
Strong presentation design and communication skills to articulate concepts clearly.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
