Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Develop and execute design concepts using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using Figma and Webflow, ensuring best UI/UX practices.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create cohesive designs.

• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a creative and collaborative team environment.

• Create engaging video content for marketing, training, and promotions using videography skills.

• Deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders, communicating design strategies effectively.

• Stay updated on design trends and technologies, advocating for innovation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Proficiency in Figma and Webflow for UI/UX design with knowledge of responsive design principles.

• Experience in videography, shooting, and editing, with strong motion graphics skills.

• Strong presentation design and communication skills to articulate concepts clearly.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
