Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have experience of collaborating with LMTs/ Key Accounts Management in FMCG
- Coordination with customer services team and warehouse for order preparation/ Daily follow ups
- Cross-docking of the stock between warehouses - South to central and central to South
- Coordination with the transporters to arrange the vehicles for last mile/Stock balancing
- Coordination with customers to align delivery timelines/Scheduling of the last mile deliveries
- Arrangement of the necessary documentation for delivery - such as DN, Invoice, and GRN
- Coordination with Delivery assistants and customers during the operation
- Submission of payment packet to the controlling team for payment purpose
- KPI rollout to monitor the performance
- Cost to serve management/productivity improvements/cost-saving projects
Key Skills Required:
- Experience with using WMS or similar Order Processing System/Inventory management system
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills backed by data
- Demonstrated, proactive ability to translate analysis into action
- Ability to organize and present data for analytical purposes and provide historical data
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Capacity to communicate effectively with internal and customer partners at all levels
- Ability to learn internal and customer forecasting, order generation, and order fulfillment processes
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience:2-4 Years (Retail Industry)
