• Strong Software Development skills and experience leading teams in a software development process.
• 5+ years of Hands on experience on Java, spring boot and related frameworks, with a focus on microservices.
• Expert Knowledge of ReactJS/Angular JS
• Expertise in Design Patterns and ability to guide the team towards implementing these patterns wherever feasible.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills to manage a team of developers.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with team management using Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
