Senior Ip Engineer

Description:

Main Responsibilities:

· Training workshop for customer and partner about product technology and service solution

· Provide technical support service to our customers independently or jointly with the technical support team

· Provide value-added professional services support for customer

· Conduct project implementation and technical supervision of service partners

· Software upgrade/update implementation of Network devices and NMS

· Provide pre-sales support for testing (POCs),

Requirements:

· University degree in Telecommunications, Computer system, Electronics or equivalent education

5+ years working experience in related field, specially on Huawei Products

· Datacom Network Technology: IP Routing and Switching, Security, wireless and SDN.

· Experience with Routers, Switches, Firewall, ACs, APs, NMS, SDWAN solution, Cloud Campus Solution, SDN DCN Solution

· Hands-on experience on planning, designing, Installation, commissioning, migration, version and firmware upgrade of Network devices.

· Customer focused and good communication skill

· Good oral and written communication in English

· Good teamwork spirit and passion for Datacom and SDN technologies

· Independent working and self-learning

· Solution focused.
