Senior Import Officer

Description:

· Oversee and manage the import process from shipper to consignee warehouse.

· Coordinate with freight forwarders, and customs agents and bank for LCL document process to ensure timely delivery and compliance with import regulations.

· Maintain accurate import records, including purchase orders, shipping documents, and customs clearance documentation.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and plan import requirements.

· Monitor and resolve any issues or delays in the import process to ensure seamless operations.

· Stay up-to-date with import regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of experience as “Senior Import and Trade Operations”.

· Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and Banks documentation.

· Proven ability to manage multiple import projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
