Senior Human Resources Manager

 

Description:

We are a leading business group with diverse operations spanning multiple industries, including manufacturing. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior HR Manager to establish and lead the HR department at the group level. The role requires a strategic thinker who can build HR processes from the ground up, recruit and retain talent, and foster a cohesive work culture across all business units.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

HR Department Setup:

 

Design and implement the HR department structure for the head office and provide oversight for HR functions across multiple businesses.

Develop policies, procedures, and systems that align with organizational goals and comply with labor laws.

 

 

 

Talent Acquisition & Management:

 

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent for various roles.

Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job descriptions, interviews, and onboarding.

Manage performance appraisal systems and succession planning frameworks.

 

 

 

HR Operations & Compliance:

 

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.

Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.

Implement and maintain HR technology systems for efficiency and data accuracy.

 

 

 

Employee Relations & Engagement:

 

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including training programs and team-building activities.

 

 

 

Strategic HR Leadership:

 

Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.

Monitor and enhance employee productivity, satisfaction, and retention.

 

 

 

Training & Development:

 

Identify skill gaps and implement professional development programs for employees.

Conduct leadership development and training for key personnel across business units.

 

Qualifications:

 

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role. Prior experience in manufacturing or multi-industry environments is preferred.

Skills:

Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and compliance.

Proven experience in recruitment, policy development, and HR strategy execution.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in HR technology and tools (HRIS systems).
