Responsibilities:
1. Involve in strategic level decisions with the management
2. Lead recruitment and talent acquisition
3. Manage employee interactions and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work environment
4. Develop and implement performance evaluation systems while providing guidance and support to employees for their professional growth
5. Develop and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company values, adapting them as needed to reflect changes in regulations and best practices in Pakistan.
6. Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
7. Manage HR databases, maintain personel records, and handle administrative tasks to support HR operations.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree in HR field.
2. Proven HR management experience of 5+ years, preferably in IT.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
5. Proficiency in HRIS.
