🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage recruitment strategies to hire top talent, particularly in the BPO/telecom sector.
✅ Source candidates using multiple job advertisement platforms and headhunting techniques.
✅ Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and finalize hiring decisions.
✅ Maintain professional communication with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.
✅ Collaborate with managers and department heads to understand staffing needs.
✅ Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
✅ Track recruitment data and analyze hiring trends to optimize the recruitment process.
✅ Provide feedback and suggest improvements in recruitment strategies.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferably from abroad).
✔ Minimum 6+ years of experience in HR, headhunting, and talent acquisition, especially in the BPO industry (Telecom experience preferred).
✔ Strong expertise in customer support, service, and sales recruitment within the BPO industry.
✔ Proven ability to source candidates through multiple job platforms.
✔ Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
✔ Ability to assess candidates effectively and make hiring decisions quickly.
✔ Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and online hiring tools.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple roles efficiently.
