🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Design visually striking campaigns and event assets across print and digital platforms.

Work closely with marketing and content teams to create dynamic visual storytelling through animation and illustration.

Develop eye-catching social media content, posters, banners, and merchandise that aligns with KAAY Fest’s themes of creativity, sustainability, and empowerment.

Manage color palettes and design consistency across all touchpoints to enhance branding.

Collaborate actively with vendors, artists, and influencers to create on-ground visuals for the festival.

✨ Ideal Candidate Profile:

3+ years of experience as a graphic designer working with festivals, events, or B2C brands.

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or similar tools.

Experience in animation, color blocking, and illustration is essential.

Ability to think creatively and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in event campaigns or large-scale brand activations is highly desirable.
