Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in an advertising agency and a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is essential, with a special emphasis on expertise in Adobe InDesign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation:
- Develop and execute high-quality graphic designs for various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure all designs align with the brand and project guidelines.
- Project Management:
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with account managers and other team members to deliver designs that meet client expectations.
- InDesign Expertise:
- Utilize Adobe InDesign to create layouts, brochures, presentations, and other print materials.
- Ensure all InDesign projects are prepared for print or digital distribution according to the highest standards.
- Adobe Suite Proficiency:
- Leverage advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Suite tools to create compelling visual content.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and software updates.
- Mentorship:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on the work of junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an advertising agency.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including print and digital.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of typography, color, and layout.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
