Description:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong design sense and skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of graphic design experience, and a portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with team leads and the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Work closely with team leads to implement design strategies that align with client branding and marketing goals.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring they meet the specifications provided by team leads.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas based on team lead instructions.
- Incorporate UI/UX best practices in all designs to optimize usability and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, data analysis, and industry trends provided by team leads.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to improve skills and knowledge as guided by team leads continually.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), figma.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with team leads and implementing design strategies accordingly.
