Key Responsibilities:

1. Independently conceptualize and produce visually stunning designs for diverse digital and print materials, including websites, social media, brochures, and presentations.

2. Lead and manage design projects autonomously, ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.

3. Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and development teams, demonstrating a keen understanding of project requirements.

4. Stay informed about design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating them into design processes to enhance creativity and efficiency.

5. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative work environment.

6. Present design concepts to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.

7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a self-directed, dynamic environment.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of solo design projects.

3. Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

4. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively.

6. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

7. Knowledge of current design trends, emerging technologies, and a passion for innovation.
