Arcadian Lab is a leading mobile game development studio based in Lahore, Pakistan. The studio has a track record of creating chart-topping mobile games in partnership with some of the biggest game publishers in the world.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Game Designer, located in Lahore. The Senior Game Designer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with game design, including level design, formulating strategies for IAPs and creating a balanced game economy. The Senior Game Designer will work closely with other team members to create world-class mobile games that drive growth and engagement for the studio.

Experience Required: 3-5 years

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Level Design and Game Design
• Proven portfolio of KPIs improvements.
• Basic knowledge of Game Development
• Experience in formulating balanced Game Economy and can increase user engagement by creating addictive game loop.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Have strong background of creating detailed Game Design Documents
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Game Design/Development or related field
