Senior Finance Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager at Trukkr in Karachi Division. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of the company. This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and developing financial strategies. As part of your day-to-day tasks, you will also collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA certification preferred.

Experience: Over 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Certifications: CA, ACCA, ACMA

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience managing teams of 5+ finance professionals.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effective collaboration with other departments and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements, including GAAP and IFRS

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and statements.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
