Description:
Salman & Raheel Chartered Accountants is seeking a Senior Finance Executive with extensive experience in the textile/garments industry. The ideal candidate will be crucial in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations, and providing strategic insights to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss reports, and other relevant financial documents.
- Conduct cost analysis, margin analysis, and pricing reviews specific to the textile/garments industry.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry financial guidelines.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial advice and support decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Lead the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA, CMA) is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, specifically in the textile/garments industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle complex financial data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
