Description:
We're in search of a Senior Finance Executive who is exceptionally driven and meticulous to become a part of our finance team. The perfect candidate will oversee the company's accounts and tax operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations while optimizing the company's financial performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns timely (income, sales, payroll, etc.).
- Coordinate with tax consultants to manage tax audits and inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits.
- Implement audit recommendations to strengthen financial controls.
- Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts and timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Funds request to HQ for operations.
- Prepare and verify all necessary documentation for import shipments, including invoices, BL and related importation documents and ensure all the documents comply with rules and regulations.
- Liaise with clearing agents to ensure timely and accurate customs clearance.
- Calculate consignment duties (Custom, Regulatory, Sale Tax, Income, CESS, etc.) and request funds to HQ.
- Prepare and disburse employees pay, including regular wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits and ensure the correct application of tax rates, retirement contributions, and other deductions.
- Prepare and disburse distributors commission timely, and accurately and ensure the correct application of tax rates.

Qualifications And Experience
- 05 years experience in the field of Accounting & Taxation
- Master's Degree in Accounting & Finance.
- Be a good time manager capable of exercising good judgment and confidentiality with the maturity to handle sensitive information and documents
- Possess advantage of knowledge in Excel and financial ERP systems.
