Senior Executive Procurement

Description:

This is a full-time on-site Senior Executive Procurement role located in Lahore. The Senior Executive Procurement will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement, inventory control, and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services necessary to support business operations. The successful candidate will lead and motivate the Procurement Team to achieve its targets and objectives, while managing the end-to-end procurement and supply chain process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration,
• 4-6 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in a facilities management or related industry
• Experience in managing the end-to-end procurement process, including preparation of purchase orders, sourcing, negotiation, and cost optimization, and inventory control
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Experience in people management, leading, and motivating teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Fluency in English
