Responsibilities:
- Conducting internal audits of the company's financial, operational, and compliance activities.
- Reviewing internal controls and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identifying gaps in processes and recommending corrective measures to mitigate risks.
- Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.
- Assisting in developing and implementing internal audit strategies and frameworks.
- Evaluating the efficiency of risk management and governance processes.
- Collaborating with various departments to enhance transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- Qualification: CA with completed Articleship from a reputed firm.
- Experience: Previous experience in internal auditing, particularly in a large manufacturing organization, is highly desirable.
