Senior Executive Human Resources

M&J Shipping Line, a leading NVOCC logistics company, is seeking a Senior Executive Human Resources to join our Karachi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. This role plays a critical part in aligning HR functions with the company's business strategy and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage HR operations to ensure smooth workforce management.
✔ Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
✔ Develop and implement HR policies in line with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
✔ Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
✔ Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training for new employees.
✔ Manage performance evaluations and career development programs.
✔ Work on FlowHCM software for HR management and payroll processing.
✔ Coordinate with management to drive HR initiatives and workforce planning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in HR operations with expertise in FlowHCM.
✅ Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and compliance.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
