This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources at Allure Digital in Islamabad. The role involves managing Technical Recruiting, Headhunting, Payroll Management, HRIS, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in HR Operations and Recruitment
• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Employee Relations expertise
• Expertise in HRIS
• Technical Recruiting
• Knowledge of HR Policies
• Experience in Human Resources (HR)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
• Candidates having experience working with IT firms will be preferred
• HR certifications or professional memberships are a plus
