Senior Executive Commercial

Description:

The job purpose is to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement, manage supplier relationships, and optimize commercial efficiency.

• Place purchase orders for raw materials, parts, and supplies following purchasing policies.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and address any quality or delivery issues.

• Maintain communication with other departments. Evaluate supplier performance and report trends to management.

• Prepare and maintain purchase-related documents.

• Collaborate with the accounts department regarding payment.

•Develop new vendors and identify alternate sources for cost reduction.

Required Specifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Preferably in Supply Chain

• 4 years of relevant experience preferably in the FlexiblePackaging Industry

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Proficiency in vendor management and supplier evaluation

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
