Manage client expectations and be involved in day-to-day client servicing activities
Proactively coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Data Acquisition, Project Managers, etc.) to ensure that projects run smoothly on time, and within budget
Prepare questionnaires using internal guidelines and software, test the links to ensure accuracy, prepare briefing notes and conduct briefings, ensure a smooth launch of fieldwork, monitor the data quality during fieldwork, update on status, highlight database issues, prepare analysis plans, brief teams on data tabulation, and process data
Prepare client deliverables on Excel and PowerPoint decks and present the reports to the clients
Support the manager in preparing proposals to help drive client conversations
Attend training and ensure timely compliance with key initiatives
Qualifications
University degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Market Research
Strong analytical mind with excellent numerical skills; comfortable dealing with large data sets
Strong communication, presentation, and client servicing
Strong project management, data interpretation, and report writing skills
Good command of MS Word and PowerPoint; and ideally SPSS Survey Reporter
