Job Responsibilities:
Takaful Policy Issuance:
-Collaborate with Takaful operators and sales field agents to facilitate the issuance of new Takaful policies.
-Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Claims Servicing:
-Act as a liaison between customers and the Takaful operators to handle claims efficiently and in a timely manner.
-Assist in the claims evaluation process, ensuring adherence to the Takaful guidelines and policy terms.
-Record Management:
-Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all Takaful policies, claims, and related transactions.
-Implement effective document management systems to ensure easy retrieval and accuracy of records.
Payment Reconciliation:
-Monitor policy payments received from customers and ensure accurate allocation to respective policies.
-Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve any issues in collaboration with finance and sales teams.
Skills and Experience:
-Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
-Proven experience of 4+ years in the general insurance or takaful industry, preferably in operations or customer service roles.
-Strong understanding of takaful principles, policies, and procedures.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
