Senior Estimator

Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in US-based construction estimation? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where precision, efficiency, and strategic thinking drive success? If yes, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare detailed material take-offs and cost estimates based on project specifications and drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure precise bid submissions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through innovative design and constructability analysis.
• Manage RFIs and compile comprehensive bid proposals for General Contracting (GC) and MEP trades.
• Evaluate risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in US-based construction estimation.
• Expertise: General Contracting (GC) & MEP trades.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PlanSwift and MS Office
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and time-management abilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Project management and supervision skills are a plus!
