Senior Draftsman

• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering drawing principles and conventions. Knowledge of construction materials
• building systems
• and construction methods. Familiarity with building codes and regulations relevant to architectural design. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently. Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest CAD software features and industry trends.

Description:

• Middle east and or high rise building Experience will be plus
• Assist Senior technician in preparing the drawings related operations of Concept Design Department.
• Follow the drawidrawings-related and sequences given by Senior  Technician or project Architects , provide help in preparing detail  drawings and specifications.
• Software related activities, maintaining the drawings to be uploaded  in document control system.
• Knowledge of submission requirements of the local authorities. Knowledge of modern industry trends and construction  technologies.
• Prepare drawings submissions as per IACPL standards.
