Senior Developer

Description:

As a Senior Developer, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions. You will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, including leading and mentoring junior developers. You will work closely with other teams to deliver robust software solutions that meet business requirements. Managers will be expected to work twice a week in the evening two hours each time for meetings with other team members in Edmonton, Canada

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications.
Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define software requirements.
Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices are followed.
Troubleshoot complex software issues and ensure high performance and reliability.
Participate in and lead code reviews.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

Minimum B.S. in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.
Critical thinking abilities with Leadership and Interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
